Happy 50th Lou and Joyce!!!! We are so honored to know you and we are so excited to be celebrating your 50th!!! You are an amazing couple who raised two outstanding women!!! One happens to be my best friend, the other most beloved of my best friend :-) whom I wish i had known in person! And you know how much we love your grandkids, and we know how much you love them too! You have spent 50 years teaching the rest of us the beauty of love and marriage and we are grateful for the lessons!! ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful tribute to your lives together! I loved watching the video and getting to see grandma & grandpa Hackney again! I have vague rememberances of the wedding, even though I was only 5 years old at the time.
ReplyDeleteTimes that I've spent with the Christy's have always been enjoyable. Babysitting for Lynne & Anne, family picnics, your vacation to Hawaii - all leave wonderful memories and joy that I had these opportunities to share my life with you!
Art also has fond memories of our get togethers and always looks forward to getting together with the 2 of you! We wish you the best always and hope that the 2 of you will have many, many more happy years togerther!
